The Hever Castle and Gardens

Our vacation to Kent will remain a memory we will never forget. The Hever Castle and Gardens is so incredible with 125 acres of beauty and natural landscape. The hour long walk around the lake created a peaceful hour of tranquility. The Italian Garden is one of the most superb areas to visit, especially in the company of Kent escorts. It displays William Waldorf Astor’s collection of Italian sculptures. The Rose Garden has over 4,000 plants that creates a picture perfect scenery. Around each of the different gardens are water features. The Half Moon Pond, the Cascade Rockery, the shady grottoes and the Two Sisters Pond are a site to see. The most recent addition to the gardens is a unique water maze built on the Sixteen Acre Island. Our children had a splashing water filled day playing in the maze. We strolled through the Anne Boleyn’s Walk with it’s 100 year old tree collection. Our next trip to Kent will include the Hever Castle and Garden’s tour.
